Beeping sound in latest Windows 10 Update

In the last update of windows 10,some unknowing sound is found while scrolling the mouse. And also cursor is being stuck seems as frame drop several time. It seems to be bug from the last update. Now the latest update has been rollouted and i hope in this latest version the bug would be resolved.
