ERROR GEAR

The authorized government company UIDAI had made compulsory to have Aadhar card for Indian Citizen. The Aadhar card is compulsory when you are opening a bank account or buying SIM etc. IF I HAVE WRITTEN ANYTHING WRONG THAN LET ME KNOW IN COMMENT Since I am from Nepal and no Visa is required Between India and Nepal according to   31 july  1950 Indo-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship  . I already have an PNB account but the banker peoples are asking for Aadhar card and it is blocked now. Without knowing proper rules and Guidelines of India, I am not going to apply for an Aadhar Card. Here is a incident ,after my account had been blocked, I went to SBI bank Peenya Branch they gave a form to fill it up. And i filled it up, they asked for all the required document(Nepali Citizenship, Bonafied certificate, College ID, Rental Agreement and 4 passport size photos) and i gave them Xerox of my document.
