Google Banned Cryptocurrency, Initial coin offering
In 2017, Google took down 3.2 billion ‘bad ads’ inorder to prevent the advertising network platform being used for nefarious purposes and 1.7 billion 'bad ads' were removes in 2016.
Now the Alphabet Inc.'s Google announced an update in its policy on Wednesday, which clearly says it will be blocking ads for cryptocurrencies and related content.
The Facebook taken similar step in january,trying to stop scam being done on the name of investing in Cryptocurrency.
By using a simple java script on a website or in a app/browser, the script will harnessing the computer power for mining Cryptocurrency. The search engine is going to ignore the sites from the search result which and all are running with "cryptojacking" java script.
The both big platform are in a side for advertisement, there is going to have a greater impact to scammer. And both the platform are going to be more cleaner than befor.
