Technical Problem for foreign Students in India

The authorized government company UIDAI had made compulsory to have Aadhar card for Indian Citizen. The Aadhar card is compulsory when you are opening a bank account or buying SIM etc.

IF I HAVE WRITTEN ANYTHING WRONG THAN LET ME KNOW IN COMMENT

Since I am from Nepal and no Visa is required Between India and Nepal according to 31 july 1950 Indo-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship .

I already have an PNB account but the banker peoples are asking for Aadhar card and it is blocked now. Without knowing proper rules and Guidelines of India, I am not going to apply for an Aadhar Card.

Here is a incident ,after my account had been blocked, I went to SBI bank Peenya Branch they gave a form to fill it up. And i filled it up, they asked for all the required document(Nepali Citizenship, Bonafied certificate, College ID, Rental Agreement and 4 passport size photos) and i gave them Xerox of my document. They asked to come after 3 days.

On 3rd day I got a call saying that I missed a signature, I went to bank immediately and i signed where I missed. After that they gave me NRI form to fill it up. I was totally confused, why a Nepali student is needed to fill NRI form? I thought it might be new rule for NON INDIAN Student to fill. i filled it up and left empty the Passport section. While entering my details they asked passport with visa,I was totally shocked. I was not having passport and if i would ,Visa is not required between both of the country. Sadly I was unable to open Account in any of the Bank of india.

There is only one way for opening account that is Aadhar card . Without total information i am not gonna apply for Aadhar card.
